Call Center Appointment Setter

The primary job of an appointment setter is to call expected customers, engage them in conversation, give them information about service and arrange meetings with a member of the clients sales force.

Call Center Floor Manager

Professional, responsible, and dedicated Supervisor to join our team! The right candidate will possess a strong work ethic, be a positive presence to the workforce, and have a superior commitment level to their team, responsibilities, and the company.

D2D Canvasser

A Door-2-Door Canvasser will be working on a team to generate leads for our sales staff by offering homeowners free, no-obligation service quotes. No selling is required, but this is a terrific opportunity for those looking to get started in the field of sales or business.

 

Event Coordinator

A wide variety of companies from different industries stage both private and public events, and they need someone to organize their details. That’s what Event Coordinators primarily do. An Event Coordinator is involved in all stages of planning and managing an event, making sure there’s a plan, a location, enough funding, entertainment and staff and that cleanup takes place afterward.

Bookkeeper

Bookkeepers ensure accounts are current and accurate, using specialized software, spreadsheets and other tools to track and manage data. Some Bookkeepers track all income and expenditures for a company while others may work for larger organizations on specific projects and accounts, or for particular departments.

Office Assistant

The Office Assistant performs several tasks related to keeping the office efficiently running. Office Assistants maintain supplies, order new materials, prepare mail, and take notes. An Office Assistant can also help with things like scheduling appointments and management of the company calendar. Helps to ensure that employees will be equipped to leave the best possible impression on customers.
